Phil Foden (Manchester City): He looks like the player we have been screaming for since the back end of last season, with back-to-back games in which he has scored a couple and assisted another. He and City look like they are getting their mojo back.
Iliman Ndiaye (Everton): He was excellent against a Tottenham side that looked lost for most of the game. He’s been Everton’s best attacking spark all season and it is nice to see him playing with a smile back on his face.
Darwin Nunez (Liverpool): This was the toughest choice of the week. Nunez came on against Brentford and instantly changed the game. Two good finishes, could have been sent off — it was the best cameo I have seen in a long time. Pure madness.
An honourable mention is needed for Jean-Philippe Mateta, who scored twice for Crystal Palace in their win at West Ham.
